Weekday Pricing (Monday-Thursday):

  • Half-Day Rental (up to 5 hours): $2,500 - $4,000
  • Full-Day Rental (up to 10 hours): $4,500 - $7,000

Weekend Pricing (Friday-Sunday):

  • Half-Day Rental (up to 5 hours): $4,000 - $6,000
  • Full-Day Rental (up to 10 hours): $6,500 - $10,000

Additional Charges:

  • Cleaning Fee: $200 - $500 (depending on event size)
  • Security Deposit: $1,000 - $2,000 (refundable)
  • Staffing (bartenders, security, etc.): $35 - $65 per hour per staff member
  • Additional Hours: $500 - $1,000 per hour (if exceeding agreed rental time)

Seasonal/Peak Pricing: Pricing may increase during popular event seasons (like holidays) or for special event types (such as weddings or large concerts). You could charge a premium of 10-25% during these times.
